(Say: O my servants, who have been arrogant to themselves, do not despair of the mercy of Allah, for Allah forgives all sins, for He is Oft - Forgiving, Most Merciful)

This verse is an invitation to all the disobedient people of the infidels and others to repent and repent, and to say that Allah, Blessed and Exalted be He, forgives all sins for those who repented from them and turned back from them, although they were no matter how many, and they were like the foam of the sea. He forgives those who do not repent.
